Resumes never fully describe what you want to know most about an individual you wish to consider for a position. As a result, after screening out the obviously unqualified, we talk to the 'probables and maybes' by telephone at some length. During the course of a typical search, we speak to approximately 150- 250 sources/candidates by telephone.

Throughout this process, personal interviews are conducted with the most qualified prospects.

Client Contact And Presentation

Three weeks into an assignment, a meeting is held in order to present to you our search status/market analysis report. This unique and confidential report contains a brief, yet detailed, written summary of each individual we have contacted during the course of the search to date as well as a detailed profile on each of our most qualified candidates.

This report also serves as an analysis/canvas of the following:

  • Your competition
  • How your organisation is perceived in the marketplace/industry.
  • The industry and marketplace overall.
  • A compensation study/analysis as it relates to you, your competition, and your industry.
